CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Cancellation Policy ✨ CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments canceled without the required 24-hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. All deposits are non-refundable. RESCHEDULING POLICY: Same-day rescheduling is not permitted. If you need to reschedule on the day of your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and the applicable cancellation fee will be charged. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. NO-CALL/NO-SHOW POLICY: No-call/no-shows are unacceptable and will result in a no-show fee. A second no-call/no-show will result in being banned from online booking. All future appointments must be booked by text and paid in full at the time of booking. An invoice will be sent for payment.
